• You have 7 days to exchange clothes upon arrival

• Exchanges for an item in a different size is allowed

• Item(s) must be returned in their original form

• When shipping it back to us request a tracking number from the shipper you choose. We are not responsible for this payment

• We have the right to refuse items if we feel like they’ve been worn, altered, and or damaged

• Be sure to email us for the return address on your exchange with a reason for why you’re exchanging at shoplovendra@gmail.com

• We are not responsible if you put in the wrong return address/if package gets lost
